Why is NXTInspekt being phased out?
We understand this may prove disruptive to your business and want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly and reflects our commitment to delivering the highest quality services to our clients. Phasing out NXTInspekt enables us to focus our efforts on a single, superior product instead of maintaining multiple similar products.
Will it cost me extra to switch from NXTInspekt to ISN?
Absolutely not. You will be grandfathered in at your current NXTInspekt rate. Our goal in sunsetting NXTInspekt is not to simply generate more revenue, but to keep our engineering resources focused on the best available home inspection software - software we will continue to invest in and improve upon for years to come.
Will I have help migrating from NXTInspekt to ISN?
Yes! We have dedicated, knowledgeable representatives at ISN who will help you through each step of the process from A to Z. We understand this change may cause disruption and are committed to providing white-glove service to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
Will I lose all my customer data if I switch to ISN?
Absolutely not. We have created three reports in your NXTInspekt account that will easily import your data over to your new ISN account. Those report names are: All Clients Location; All Realtors Location; and General Inspection Location. The NXTInspekt support team can provide these reports to you in minutes upon request!
When should I take action?
As soon as you can! While we are committed to providing 1:1, white-glove assistance during the transition from NXTInspekt to ISN regardless of when you decide to kick off the process, it will make the process go more smoothly if you give your business extra time. Our recommendation is that you schedule your onboarding call with ISN as soon as possible.
When is the last day I will have access to my NXTInspekt account?
You will have full access to your NXTInspekt account until December 31, 2024.
